CDS ATTENDANTS:

We are always accepting applications for Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Attendants for all counties served: Caldwell, Carroll, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Livingston, Mercer & Ray.  Attendant selection is always up to the consumer as they are considered the employer.
